Our client was a Home renovation builder specialising in remodelling services, procurement and project management. Every time when they start a new project was initiated, employees spent lot of hours searching and identifying process, searching for similar project files, forms and documents. There were no proper standards on project management from start to finish and no proper tracking mechanism for Accounts receivable, Payable, procurement listings, pricing etc.
After reviewing all functions, we developed a customized ERP system which followed a systematic application of recording every project from customer inquiry till completion of project, which lead the user to go in step by step approach by using our professionally developed forms and stored related documents. It showed the project status, connected to accounts receivable and payables, payment terms, total sales, amount outstanding for that project. Each customer profile was stored to develop into a customer relationship database to for marketing activities.
